Delete your Unplugg account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Unplugg account and the data associated with it.

Quickest way

Email us and we’ll handle the rest.

Request account deletion or email us directly at unplugg.app@gmail.com

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to unplugg.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Unplugg account.
  2. Use the subject line “Account & data deletion request”.
  3. In the body of the email, include the email address (or sign-in identifier) tied to your Unplugg account so we can locate it. You may also share your approximate sign-up date and the device(s) you use, if helpful.
  4. We’ll confirm receipt and verify ownership of the account before we proceed.
  5. Once verified, we’ll delete or de-identify your account and associated data within 30 days, and send you a confirmation email when it’s done.

If you only want to stop using Unplugg, you can also uninstall the app from your device. Uninstalling alone does not delete account data stored on our systems — please use the steps above to request deletion.
